These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of propatienttech.com and related services (the "Platform"), operated by Pro-Patient Tech, Inc. ("Pro-Patient Tech," "PPT," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for your own health decisions. We present information so you can make informed choices and discuss them with your clinicians; how you proceed is your decision.
The Platform helps you organize your health goals, understand options, and build a personalized, systems-based plan. It is designed to support, not replace, your relationship with your clinicians. We encourage you to review any plan you select and share your health goals with your providers.
Parts of the Platform may use artificial intelligence to generate information and suggestions. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should not rely on it as your sole source of information, and you should independently verify anything important with a qualified professional.
The Platform may introduce you to independent third-party companies ("Partners"). Partners are separate businesses, not owned or controlled by us. We do not guarantee their products, services, or claims, and we are not responsible for your dealings with them. Any transaction you enter into with a Partner is solely between you and that Partner, governed by their own terms and policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@propatienttech.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may submit information, including health information, to the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to operate and improve the Platform and provide services to you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content you provide.
The Platform, including its software, text, design, and trademarks, is owned by Pro-Patient Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Certain features require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and refund terms are described at the point of purchase. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPATIENTTECH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro-Patient Tech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
